AUP currently accepts applications for new and transferring students. The application process includes an online application, application fee, submission of scanned documents, verification of payment, submission of original documents before enrollment, and program-specific screening where required.

AUP operates a large residential university campus with academic colleges and laboratories, medical and health science laboratories, dentistry facilities, nursing facilities, science laboratories, engineering laboratories, libraries, performing arts facilities, worship facilities, athletic and recreation areas, student services, and campus housing.

Dormitories and residences include Mahogany, Acacia Residence Hall, Eastern Residence Hall, Molave, Sampaguita Hall, campus apartments, and other men's and women's residences. Housing is also available for some graduate-student families.
