Admission to Medicine has a separate application and screening process from general undergraduate admission.

Graduate and advanced programs are offered separately through the College of Advanced and Professional Studies and other graduate units. CvSU Main Campus accepts incoming first-year students, transferees, second-course applicants, Teacher Certificate Program applicants, graduate applicants, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine applicants, and Doctor of Medicine applicants. Student dormitories on the Main Campus include the Student Housing Unit, International House II, and the Men's Dormitory. Cavite State University Main Campus is in Indang and is accessible through the Indang-Trece Martires road network.

From Indang Town Proper: take a jeepney, tricycle, or other local public transportation going toward Cavite State University / Bancod. Ask to be dropped at the CvSU Main Campus entrance.

From Trece Martires City: take a jeepney or other public transportation travelling toward Indang. The university is along the main Indang-Trece Martires route.

From Dasmariñas: travel toward Trece Martires or Indang using available public transportation. Passengers may transfer in Trece Martires, Manggahan, or another transport hub before continuing to Indang.

From Tagaytay: take public transportation toward Mendez / Indang or use connecting routes through the Indang area. Confirm the current connection before departure.

From General Trias: travel toward Trece Martires City, then transfer to a vehicle going to Indang and Cavite State University.
