From Governor's Drive: travel toward the Carmona interchange or Maduya area, then use local transportation serving STI College Carmona.

From Biñan / Southwoods: travel toward Carmona through the Southwoods / SLEX corridor. STI College Carmona is in the Maduya area.

From Metro Manila by private vehicle: use the South Luzon Expressway toward Carmona and continue toward Barangay Maduya. Use the school's official address as the navigation destination.
