SSC-R de Cavite accepts college freshmen, transferees, graduate applicants, Senior High School applicants, and Basic Education applicants.

College admission requirements published by the institution include an admission or registration form, Form 138 / Senior High School academic records, Certificate of Good Moral Character, a PSA birth certificate, ID photographs, medical and dental clearance, and other program-specific documents.

Transferees may also be required to submit Honorable Dismissal, a Transcript of Records, Certificate of Good Moral Character, a birth certificate, and additional credentials required for evaluation. International and dual-citizen applicants may have additional immigration or identification requirements.

The main college campus is along Manila-Cavite Road in Santa Cruz, Cavite City.

From Cavite City Proper: take local transportation travelling through Manila-Cavite Road, Santa Cruz, or the main Cavite City route. Ask for San Sebastian College-Recoletos de Cavite.

From Noveleta or Kawit: take transportation heading toward Cavite City and continue along Manila-Cavite Road.

From Bacoor or Metro Manila: travel toward Cavite City using Cavitex and the Manila-Cavite Road corridor.

The Cañacao Campus is located separately along Padre Burgos Street in Bo. Rosario, San Roque.
