- 13th-Month Pay Calculator
In the Philippines, 13th-month pay is generally one-twelfth of an employee’s basic salary earned within a calendar year. This tool gives a quick estimate for planning payroll — not a substitute for your accountant or DOLE guidance.
Estimate: 13th-month ≈ total basic salary earned ÷ 12. Uses basic salary only.
Disclaimer: For planning and education only. Not legal, tax, or payroll advice. Rules and rates can change — verify before making business or payroll decisions.
Typically basic salary only. Overtime pay, holiday pay, and many allowances are commonly excluded. Confirm with your payroll policy and current DOLE rules.
Use months worked (or total basic earned). Example: ₱15,000 basic × 6 months ÷ 12 = ₱7,500.
