How is the hourly rate computed?

By default: Monthly Basic ÷ (working days per month × hours per day). Common small-business default is 26 days × 8 hours. Adjust if your company uses a different divisor.

What OT rates does this use?

Ordinary day OT 125%; rest day / special day first 8 hours 130% and OT 169%; regular holiday first 8 hours 200% and OT 260%. These are common reference rates — confirm for your case.
